Home evaluation

Home evaluation is complex – I work with my sellers to determine their ideal price, what the market will accept, timelines and other factors. A home evaluation is a great time for us to meet and discuss the selling process and marketplace. Pricing your home to be competitive depends on many factors; the time of year, what else is on the market, the economy, local developments, nearby amenities and more.

Marketing your home

I prepare a detailed marketing plan for my sellers including a combination of virtual tours, staging consultation, online and print information and marketing to my extensive network to ensure their property gets the attention and offer it deserves.
